7 Brew is a drive-thru with no indoor seating, a very long menu and a crew that will build almost anything. That combination catches first-timers out. Here is what to expect.
7 Brew stands are drive-thru only. There is no seating, no wifi and no bathroom. Some sites have a walk-up window, but the product is built for the car.

The detail
The menu is bigger than the board
The printed board is a fraction of what they can make. Every base takes almost every syrup, so the practical menu is several hundred combinations. Decide on a base and a flavour family rather than trying to read the whole thing.
If you are undecided, order a Blondie
It is the drink the chain is known for: caramel and vanilla over espresso and milk. Half sweet if you do not want the full sugar load.
Say the size
If you just name a drink you will usually get a Medium 24 oz. Small is 16 oz and Large is 32 oz — the Large is a lot of drink.
Ask what is in season
Rotations are not advertised far in advance and vary by stand. The crew will tell you what syrup is behind the counter today.
