Most of the 7 Brew board is built iced by default, and most drinks can be made either way. What changes is more than temperature — ice takes up room, and cold dulls sweetness.
An iced drink is built over ice, so you get slightly less liquid in the same cup. Ask for light ice if you want more drink.

The detail
Cold dulls sweetness
Sweetness reads weaker when a drink is cold. A build that tastes right iced can taste cloying hot — which is why half sweet is more common on hot drinks.
What only works iced
Fizz, lemonade, 7 Energy, smoothies and shakes. These are cold by construction.
What works either way
Lattes, mochas, breves, macchiatos, cappuccinos, americanos, chai and tea. Cold brew is iced only in practice.
Flavour reads differently
Chocolate and caramel read richer hot. Fruit and citrus read sharper iced. If a drink tastes flat one way, try it the other before writing it off.
